Deep Fake
A) Intro
Deep fake are specifically designed to create an image that will resemble of another with the digital manipulation of making it the more credible or deceiving possible; with the new technologies evolving of Artificial Intelligences with new components of machine learning and neural network (Ai learning that teach to process data more like a human) to autoencoder (a type of neural network trained to copy its input to its output). Deep Fake is a term for program for digital that has a malicious purpose.

Deep Fake use artificial intelligence or deep-learning technology to change the realitie of a person image or video and pretend falsehood or to superpose a person image over the body of another, like term “meme”.

The idea of Deep Fake has been developed over the years from the entertainment, for cosmetic and even for Ressucitation as bringing back an image of a deceased person.

A variety of Deep Fake programs a person can find and acquire very simply online from Software, Website, Apps etc and make Deep fake on their own.

Create loss of business, emotional distress, loss of credibility, false accusations, court problems.

Impact peoples victims of such schemes and malice and create hardship and

Deep Fake are design for malicious purpose and even to create the result of emotional distress, losses, “coup monte” and false accusation or the reverse of loss of evidence in the court.
G) Deep Fake in the Law
Problem arises for peoples victimized about bringing evidence in the court; Here are different tips on how to handle court cases involving Deep Fake from Lawyers and previous court cases and suggestions of resolutions or best way to handle such cases as in first point where it was more successful to use Disgorgement as a resolution then Damages because of the circumstances that the accused might have made lots of gains from the Deep Fake but the victim might not really have any calculable losses in $ but only emotionally; see the list of references at the bottom of each link reference below for links of different cases example.
