Gambling: Different type of gambling
The
Gambling industry includes Casinos, Lotteries, scratch tickets, sport/race
betting, bingo, Online Casinos , Online Gaming & Gambling, etc ... The AGCO
who regulates Gambling and Alcohol in Ontario also regulates Raffles, even if
they do not seem to be gambling but more of a contest with a won prize; a
person, charity even a Church and non-profit organizations, need a license and
to be eligible to held a Raffle in Ontario.

Ontario, Canada & British Columbia
In
Canada Gambling is Legal ONLY if following the Province Laws & Regulations
where it is held; The AGCO regulates and overseas Gambling and Alcohol
activities in Ontario, Casinos and slots location, which are managed and conducted by the Alcohol
& Gaming commission of Ontario see ref #46. The AGCO also registers and regulates Online
Gambling (called Igaming) with Sport and Events betting see ref #51
